MEMBERSHIPS
At the present time we belong to several organizations which enhance our ability to "extended stay" for several months at a very reasonable rate.  Below are the explanations of the organizations and what we receive from them.
The Good Sam Club

This was our first camping organization.  We maintain our membership because we belong to a local chapter called the SUPERIOR SAMS.  We don't receive much in the line of benefits but other members do and we could also if we chose to.  We receive Highways magazine from them.
Family Motor Coach Association

Our membership in FMCA is very valuable to us especially when we're on the road.  They provide us with the magazine which allows one free ad per year.   Our FMCA  membership number  is F157406.
Coast To Coast Deluxe Resorts

We've belonged to C2C since 1995 when I retired and we started traveling.  They provide us with books that list their campgrounds and a bi-monthly magazine.  This membership allows us to stay in selected resorts for $10 per night for up to two weeks, twice a year.
Resort Parks International

We've belonged to RPI since 1995 also.  RPI allows us to make reservations at selected resorts up to 60 days in advance, for up to one week, twice a year.  The cost for staying at an RPI Resort is $10 per night.  We prefer to make reservations so that we have confirmed plans for traveling.  It allows us to stay very reasonably at quality resorts.
Adventure Outdoor Resorts

We acquired AOR in 2000 when we bought into our second homepark.  AOR allows us to stay for 2 weeks at a time for $10 per nite.  We can make reservations and we understand that we may return to AOR parks as many times as we wish provided we are out for 1 week between visits.
Home Parks

We are members at two Home Parks.  The first was  a Park in Arley, Alabama called HIDDEN COVE OUTDOOR RESORT.  We bought into there in 1995 and acquired our C2C and RPI memberships with them.

The second was CATALINA SPA  AND RV RESORT in Desert Hot Springs, California.  We acquired our AOR membership with them.  We have since dropped this membership.
Winnebago / Itasca Travelers

We have been  WIT members since 1990 when we bought our Winnebago Chieftan.  We receive a magazine from WIT every month which contains updates for all their products.   The magazine also tells about the WIT caravans featured for the year.

We also stay at the WAL- MART campground on occasion, particularly when we are traveling from Michigan to California for the Winter solstice.  Mostly we stay in membership campgrounds but we don't frown on an overnight at WAL-MART.
